reading the daily news i read quito, ecuador is in danger. police officers are revolting against president correa's law just passed. the officers shut down the airport and the capital city of ecuador. rebels are looting and the military is attempting to regain democratic control of the passionate country.
i hope my good friend anna in canoa is safe. she is resourceful and knows how to hide in the woods for weeks. i know this because i've done it with her. love you anna.
